On a chilly February night, we hosted a great group of wine lovers for an evening with renowned Prince Edward County winemaker Norman Hardie. Our guests had the unique chance to enjoy four delicious food and wine pairings while learning about the winemaking process from the master himself. Guests left perfectly perfectly satiated and with ample wine knowledge knowledge to impress their friends.
